Habits are energy shortcuts your brain takes without you even noticing. Once you understand how they form and what the pieces of habits are, you can consciously modify them to support your end goals. We’ll examine the 3 major parts of a habit, the keys to successfully implementing them, and how proper and deliberate habit creation can make your life easier- without even thinking about it. If you love Life Hacks, you’ll love being able to hack your own brain, without any fancy gizmos from the internet.
Becca is a Massage Therapist who loves teaching her clients how their bodies work so they can take better care of them. She has been working with runners, cyclists, triathletes, and post-surgical care clients for 15 years. She dresses up as superheroes for fun and non-profits, brews beer in her spare time, and thinks that cats AND dogs are pretty cool.
